This User Agreement (the "Agreement") explains the terms and conditions that apply when you use Photo-2-Video or any related services, features, applications, or content (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on their behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service may allow you to purchase credits or subscriptions that unlock access to video generation features. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.
You retain ownership of photos, videos, text, and other content (“User Content”) you upload to the Service. By providing User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, providing customer support, and meeting legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content. Do not upload content that violates privacy rights, intellectual property, or other legal protections.

Video renders generated through the Service may be influenced by machine-learning models and may not always perfectly reflect your original content. You are responsible for reviewing each output before sharing it with others.
We do not guarantee particular results, and we disclaim liability for outputs that you choose to publish or distribute.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party offerings (such as payment processors or cloud storage providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we determine that you have breached this Agreement or engaged in conduct that could harm other users, the Service, or our business. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account or contacting support for assistance.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Photo-2-Video, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Agreement and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
